Payment
* Wooden Door Imports uses the Paypal Shopping Cart to process and take payment for orders. Using this method, we are able to take credit card payments from all the major credit cards securely. When a customer buys an item, the process leads them to a PayPal run page. If you have used Paypal before, all you must do is type in your name and password to continue the process. If you have never used PayPal before, they will ask that you simply create a password for future use. The system is very easy, and very secure.
Shipping
* All items will be shipped the day after purchase Monday thru Friday. If you purchase a product on a Friday, it will be sent on the following Monday.
* Wooden Door Imports ships using Priority Mail and insures each package in case of loss or damage. Rates are pre-set for shipment inside the U.S. All shipments outside of the United States will be charged more than the shipping price states and the buyer will be contacted via email for the information on the extra charge.
* Enjoy FREE shipping anywhere in the continental United States. We will contact you if additional charges apply to your order for international shipping.
Returns
* All items must be returned two weeks after the date received for a full refund. Buyer must pay for return shipping and insurance unless the item was delivered broken or was not the item requested. In these cases, Wooden Door Imports will pay for the return shipping and insurance.
* Any item returned after the week period will be given credit towards another purchase for the exact amount of the returned item.
